Cancellation & Recovery Policy
Effective November 6, 2026 · 2026-11-06
Cancel your monthly subscription
A church administrator can open Administration → Church subscription → Manage billing, then cancel in Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting a browser shortcut, signing out, or stopping use does not cancel billing. If you cannot access your account, email jim@gratefulconsultinggroup.com for help.
After your paid period ends
New check-ins, email sending/resumes, uploads, and changes stop immediately. You may view and export existing records for 90 days from the end of the last confirmed paid period. The deadline is shown in the platform. At 90 days, records, reports, exports, and downloads are locked. Billing remains accessible to reactivate. Signing in, refreshing billing, or a failed renewal never restarts the clock.
Returning to the platform
Reactivation requires a successful paid subscription. There is no working-platform access during unpaid months and no backfilled activity for that time. We do not charge subscription fees for canceled months merely because you return. Records retained in the account become available again after payment is confirmed. Complimentary access, when explicitly granted by the platform owner, is separate from a paid subscription.
Refunds and deletion
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically issue a prorated refund for a period already paid. Contact us about duplicate charges, billing errors, or refund requests; requests are reviewed individually and applicable legal rights remain unchanged. The 90-day lock is not automatic deletion. Request deletion separately and export needed records before your recovery window closes.
